This is one of the few gospel parables where there is no "good guy:" Jesus is describing the shrewd and corrupt ways the our world trades and deals with itself. Many of these deals involve the ideology of "I'll be gone, you'll be gone:" by the time the dust settles and everyone realizes our corruption and greed. What does it mean to live in a world where the "real world" is filled with so many naive and corrupt illusions and fantasies, and the "Kingdom of God" see the world as it is and as it should be, yet is ironically dismissed as a naive fantasy?
